Thank you for your inquiry. Dr. Bruce Sadilek is a naturopathic medical doctor. He uses an integrative approach combining traditional medicine and naturopathy.

Dr. Sadilek selectively accepts new primary or specialty care patients to the practice. To get started, fill out one of the questionnaires below. Once reviewed by Dr. Sadilek, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.

The initial visit starts at $349.00. The follow-up visits vary in pricing depending on the length and complexity of the appointment.  Because Dr. Sadilek uses an integrative approach, he will most likely recommend the use of professional-grade nutraceutical / botanical supplements at the time of the appointment for your healthcare plan.

We find that a committed goal-oriented patient, one that follows recommendations outlined for them, usually has the best success in achieving their health goals.  This may require a financial commitment to their health.

We are a fee-for-service facility, meaning payment is due at the time of the visit. Dr. Bruce Sadilek is contracted with Cigna.  We are not contracted with most insurances or Medicare; however, we can do a courtesy billing for patients with out-of-network benefits to see if there is any reimbursement owed to the patient upon request.

Medicare Patients:

1. Medicare does not cover Integrative Medicine.
2. Integrative Medical Associates is not a Medicare participant.
3. We do not submit any claims to Medicare.
4. If Dr. Sadilek suggests having lab work done, you have a couple of options.
