Thank you for your inquiry. Dr. Bruce Sadilek is a naturopathic medical doctor. He uses an integrative approach combining traditional medicine and naturopathy.

Dr. Sadilek selectively accepts new primary or specialty care patients to the practice. To get started, fill out one of the questionnaires below. Once reviewed by Dr. Sadilek, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.

The initial visit/consultation starts at $399.00. The follow-up visits vary in pricing depending on the length and complexity of the appointment.  Since Dr. Sadilek uses an integrative approach, he will most likely recommend using professional-grade nutraceutical/botanical supplements for your healthcare plan at the time of the appointment.

We find that a committed goal-oriented patient who follows the recommendations outlined for them usually has the best success in achieving their health goals.  This may require a financial commitment to their health.

We are a fee-for-service facility, meaning payment is due at the time of the visit. Dr. Bruce Sadilek is contracted with only Cigna Healthcare.  We are NOT contracted with any other insurances or Medicare. Based on your healthcare plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network provider reimbursement.

Medicare Patients:

1. Medicare does not cover Integrative Medicine.
2. Integrative Medical Associates is not a Medicare participant.
3. We do not submit any claims to Medicare.
4. If Dr. Sadilek suggests having lab work done, you have a couple of options.
