Erica Eggman, FNP-C selectively accepts new primary or specialty care patients to the practice. To get started, fill out one of the questionnaires below. Once reviewed by Mrs. Eggman, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.

The initial visit starts at $309.00. The follow-up visits vary in pricing depending on the length and complexity of the appointment.  Because Mrs. Eggman uses an integrative approach, she will most likely recommend the use of professional-grade nutraceutical / botanical supplements at the time of the appointment for your healthcare plan.

We find that a committed goal-oriented patient, one that follows recommendations outlined for them, usually has the best success in achieving their health goals.  This may require a financial commitment to their health.

We are a fee-for-service facility, meaning payment is due at the time of the visit. We are not contracted with insurance or Medicare.

Medicare Patients:

1. Medicare does not cover Integrative Medicine.
2. Integrative Medical Associates is not a Medicare participant.
3. We do not submit any claims to Medicare.
4. If Dr. Sadilek suggests having lab work done, you have a couple of options.
